Autosampler Vials

(Showing 10 of 82)

Autosampler vials are one of the highest-frequency consumables in any chromatography laboratory, and their impact on data quality is routinely underestimated. Vial dimensional tolerances determine whether a needle penetrates cleanly and consistently on every injection — an out-of-spec vial height or neck diameter causes needle crashes, missed injections, and sequence failures that interrupt high-throughput runs. Beyond mechanical fit, vial glass composition, surface treatment, and cleanliness directly affect analyte recovery, particularly for basic compounds and low-concentration samples where adsorption to untreated glass surfaces can suppress response and skew calibration curves. In regulated laboratories running EPA, USP, or GMP methods, vial lot-to-lot consistency is a method validation concern, not just a purchasing convenience.

Ibis Scientific carries a full range of autosampler vials in standard and specialty configurations compatible with all major autosampler platforms including Agilent™, Waters™, Shimadzu™, Thermo Scientific™, and Perkin-Elmer™ systems. Our selection covers 1.5 mL and 2 mL standard footprint vials in clear and amber glass, limited volume vials and inserts for precious or low-volume samples, wide opening vials for viscous matrices, and pre-assembled convenience kits with matched caps and septa included. Closure options span aluminum crimp caps, magnetic snap caps, and screw-top formats with PTFE-faced silicone, butyl, and specialty septa liners rated for the full range of organic solvents and aqueous matrices. Whether your laboratory runs a single instrument or manages a multi-system analytical suite, contact Ibis Scientific for volume pricing, cross-reference assistance, or standing order programs on autosampler vials.
