Shopping Cart:

Use the Shopping Cart screen to modify or place your order. Add desired items, adjust quantities, then click Add to Cart.

Items can be added to your Shopping Cart in two ways:

• Search or browse the product listings, then click the Add to Cart button
• Enter catalog number(s) directly in the Shopping Cart and click the Apply button. 

Checking Out:

When you are ready to send your order, go to the Shopping Cart and click the "Checkout" button. Note that you must be logged in to do this.

• You can use your Ibis Scientific Terms Account and use a Purchase Order.  We also accept Visa, MasterCard, and American Express. 

Order History:

• Your previous orders appear in a list showing their current status.

Q: Do I have to log in?

A: To place orders, yes. Please Register in the My Account Section. Guest users can browse the website, but must log in before they can make a purchase.


Q: Will my discount be applied?

A: Yes!  We can load your special discounted prices into your account on our website.  You will see the discounted products when logged in.  Please reach out to your Ibis Sales Representative prior to ordering and he/she can get your pricing loaded in. 


Q: What if the item I need isn't listed?

A: If you are unable to find the product that you are looking for.  Please call Customer Service (855) 390-4202, and we can work to get it added to the online catalog.


Q: How do I cancel or change an order?

Q: How do I contact Accounts Receivable?

A: Please call A/R at (855) 390-4202


Q: Can I put shipping charges for an order on my own UPS or Federal Express account?

A: Yes. Specify your preferred method of shipment and account number when you place your order.

Disclaimer: Products offered on are for testing laboratories only.  We reserve the right to refuse the sale of products listed on our website to any person or company that does not have a testing laboratory.  Ibis Scientific will also not ship to PO Boxes or home addresses either.  Thank you for your understanding.
